MicroStar is a radar motion sensor for activating all types of automatic doors. Upon initial motion detection, MicroStar then enables - Human Presence Radar (HPR) - a second level of detection that will protect individuals virtually standing still within the detection zone. HPR gives slow moving, elderly or physically disabled individuals confidence that after initial activation they can safely approach an automatic door at any speed without the door closing prematurely
Two levels of detection: Initial – 24 GHz doppler radar Selectable secondary – Human Presence Radar (HPR)
Selectable approach-only or bi-directional motion detection
Detection Pattern – wide & narrow; adjustable- left/right & in/out
Install mode allows set up of detection pattern without activating the door
Fits on 1.75” door frames
Mounting height of up to 15 ft
Adjustable activation hold time of 1.5-5.0 seconds
