The Arrow Lock RL17SR-26D Classroom Lever Lock is a great, affordable option for light commercial uses like multi-family housing. It is ADA compliant and UL Grade 2 listed. In terms operation, this is a classroom lever lock with a latch bolt operated by a lever on either side, except when a key outside locks the outside lever. The inside lever is always free, and a key outside locks/unlocks the outside lever only. The lever is non-handed, and has a Sierra design.
