• Jamb-mounted pivot configuration
• Bottom pivot mounts directly to the floor
• Provides smooth and reliable pivoting action
• Weight of door supported at floor level to reduce frame stress
• Compatible with Rixson offset floor closer systems
• Uses same arm and cap as 27 Series floor closers
• Intermediate pivots (M19) recommended for taller doors (sold separately)
