Lockmaster LKM10K2740ABRS2 Type II - Push Pull Handle Outswinging Door S&G 2740B Strike 2 features include:

  • Door Applications - Ideal for use with heavy specialty STC/RF doors.
  • Combination Lock is Unlocked (bolt is retracted) - the LKM10K and the ABR motor are fully enabled to automatically retract the dead bolt from the strike.
  • When combination lock is extended in locked position - the LKM10K is mechanically blocked and the ABR motor is disabled for longevity of the ABR motor.
  • Encapsulated Strike - The LKM10K Lock Series comes with a strike that surrounds the dead bolt for reinforced security. As specified four strikes are available for inswing, outswing & pairs of doors.
  • High Security Combination Lock Compatibility - The LKM10K Lock Series is designed to work with any standard footprint combination lock meeting Federal Specification FF-L-2740B (Kaba Mas X-10 and S&G 2740B). No modifications to the deadbolt is required.
  • Access Control Device Compatibility - The LKM10K Lock Series is an electrified lock and is compatible with a variety of electronic access control devices (12v or 24v DC - 1 amp).
  • Example of Day Locking - The supervisor “unlocks/opens” the combination lock to allow staff to enter throughout the day by utilizing the access control device. The LKM10K Lock Series provides this managerial control. However, once the combination lock is “locked/closed” the access control device and Key Override is negated.
  • Single Motion Egress Handle (Push/Pull Model) - One simple push or pull of the ADA and UFSA compliant handle allows exit.
  • Key Override Option - A separate module is no longer necessary for this option. Key Override is standard on all LKM10K Lock Series models.
  • UL Fire Rating - The LKM10K Lock Series is UL Listed. 90 minute rating when installed with a Kaba Mas X-10 combination lock.
  • Illuminated Labels - All models of the LKM10K feature an illuminated label for easy visibility in no/low light situations.
  • Retrofittable - Remove the existing LKM10K inside base plate and replace with the LKM10K ABR base plate.

Lockmaster LKM10K2740ABRS2 Type II - Push Pull Handle Outswinging Door S&G 2740B Strike 2

The LockOne® Lock Series provides high security locking while offering automatic door operation. The Automatic Bolt Retraction (ABR) meets section 404.3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and allows for hands-free operation of the the LKM10K. This device is compatible with any high security combination lock meeting FF-L-2740B, and with all 24Vdc building access control systems. All LKM10K Models’ life safety and security features meet FF-L-2890C. The combination lock represents the first level of security. The access control device represents the second level of security and can initiate the automatic door operator. The Push Pull Model includes an optional Key Override Function, which can override the access control device in the event of a power failure or malfunction.

ABR FEATURES

  • Touchless Operation - By integrating an automatic door operator (not included) with a variety of push plate or wave switches the door is now completely automatic. Note, the FF-L-2740B combination lock must be unlocked (bolt is retracted).
