The Arrow Lock RL02SR-26D Privacy Lever Lock is a great, affordable option for light commercial uses like multi-family housing. It is ADA compliant and UL Grade 2 listed. In terms operation, this is a privacy lever lock with the latch bolt operated by a lever on either side, except when the inside turnbutton locks outside. It is unlocked by rotating the button or by using a tool outside. The lever is non-handed, and has a Sierra design.
